Most of the time I’m building with LEGO Technic. I am interested in the larger models from Technic. But now I was wondering: Is there a possibility that the LEGO technic Minifigures will be modernized?? So you can use them in the Technic models.

Dear Stephan,

Technic figures have not been in sets since 2001.  These figures are expensive to produce.  If they were in sets, fewer technic elements could be used in that set to meet the same price point.  For that reason, I doubt that we will see them in use anytime soon.

You could collect buy a group of technic figures for your mocs without spending much money.  Many of these figures are sold on BrickLink.com for extremely low prices.  Check out the figures here: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=M&catString=36

Sincerely,
LFan

LEGO has stated that Technic figures were removed from the line because the focus of Technic models was less on the “play” value, and more on the mechanical features of those models.
